Salesforce System Administrator (Remote)

About the role

As a Salesforce System Administrator you will be responsible for the performance, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s Salesforce environment. You will act as the primary contact for platform configuration, automation, and user management, supporting business processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce to meet evolving business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Design and implement complex automation workflows using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and organizational sharing rules to ensure data security.
• Oversee data integrity through regular audits, cleanup activities, and data management practices.
• Support and maintain system integrations to enable seamless data flow between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders to maximize user adoption.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Strong background in managing profiles, permissions, and data security.
• Hands‑on experience with data management and system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
