About the role

Join BairesDev as a Salesforce Life Sciences Consultant, working remotely to deliver Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions for regulated organizations. You will translate complex business needs into scalable platform implementations while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Convert business requirements into configurations and custom development.
• Design and implement API integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to ensure sound technical design and security.
• Mentor junior team members and drive work independently.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce consulting.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
