About the role

Join BairesDev as a Salesforce Life Sciences Consultant and lead the delivery of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions for regulated organizations. You will translate complex business needs into scalable platform implementations while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable configurations and custom development.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems via APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineers to ensure sound technical design and security practices.
• Mentor team members while independently advancing work.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce consulting.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and OmniStudio.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and maintainable implementation standards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
