Salesforce Life Sciences Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Salesforce Life Sciences Consultant and lead the delivery of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions for regulated organizations. You will translate complex business needs into scalable configurations and custom developments while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Convert business requirements into scalable configurations, Apex code, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Flows and OmniStudio solutions.
• Design and implement secure API integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure sound technical design and security practices.
• Mentor junior team members and drive independent progress on tasks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce consulting.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows and OmniStudio.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Deep understanding of security best practices and maintainable implementation standards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
