Sales Representative – Mobile Home Showings (On‑Site, Caracas)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to lead on‑site mobile home showings in Caracas. You will engage prospects, guide virtual tours, and create a positive experience that drives conversions for mobile home park owners.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate showing times for mobile homes.
• Conduct and support virtual home tours with prospects.
• Actively engage leads during tours, ask questions, gather feedback, and build interest.
• Handle basic objections (4‑5 common objections) and manage inbound leads only (no cold calling).
• Maintain clear, professional communication via phone and chat.
• Track interactions and updates in internal systems.
• Meet daily activity targets: ~20 phone calls and ~60 chat interactions.

Required profile

• Strong American English accent for effective customer engagement.
• Sales mindset or willingness to learn sales techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Caracas (not remote).
• Comfortable handling high‑volume communication.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar).

What we offer

• Independent contractor arrangement with a base salary of $1,500 USD plus commission.
• Working hours: Tue‑Fri 11:30 AM‑9:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM; days off Monday & Sunday.
