Sales & Pipeline Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales & Pipeline Coordinator to be the first human contact for inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts. You will qualify prospects, schedule inspections, and keep our sales pipeline organized, working on U.S. Eastern hours.

Key responsibilities

• Call every new lead within 5 minutes of receipt (call, voicemail, SMS).
• Qualify leads using a scripted set of questions about homeowner status, property value, issue type, decision‑maker availability, and payment ability.
• Tag and route leads (A/B/C) in the CRM, adding concise notes.
• Run a 14‑day follow‑up cadence (calls, texts, emails) for qualified leads that have not yet booked.
• Maintain the closer’s calendar with 10–12 inspections per week and confirm appointments to reduce no‑shows.
• Keep the pipeline clean by updating stage, last touch, and next step for every active lead.
• Send a short end‑of‑day report with key metrics and any red‑flag situations.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable spending the workday on the phone and handling high call volumes.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable during U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Self‑motivated and eager to meet performance targets.
