Retail Expert

About the role

The Retail Expert will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships and negotiating agreements across assigned regions in Venezuela. This field‑based position requires frequent travel to ensure brand visibility and effective execution of sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Close sales orders (SO) and prepare detailed sales reports for analysis.
• Coordinate and manage promoters, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance.
• Oversee promotional material distribution and brand visibility at points of sale and events.
• Plan and execute brand events to strengthen market presence.
• Manage online marketing activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Control brand‑related incentives to motivate the sales team.
• Travel to assigned departments/regions to implement strategies and maintain client communication.
• Gather market and competitor data, maintain accurate databases and conduct periodic audits.
• Prepare administrative reports and monitor sales performance on the DCR platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Retail or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or investor relations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
