About the role

The Sales Representative will build and maintain professional relationships with customers in Maracaibo, driving base sales, new product development and promotional activities for Mondelēz International’s portfolio of snack brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through effective merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities and point‑of‑sale material placement.
  • Report on sales activities, KPI performance and promotional results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers to secure product visibility and availability.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
  • Motivation to grow professionally and achieve targets.
