Remote Reels Editor (Short‑Form Video)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Reels Editor to create engaging short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok and podcast platforms. This fully remote position offers the chance to shape creative concepts, work with elite creators and deliver scroll‑stopping moments that resonate with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form reels and podcast clips from raw creator footage, highlighting viral moments.
• Analyze trends in creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each brand’s personality.
• Ensure all edits meet platform compliance standards (framing, audio, age‑appropriate content).
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine edits based on feedback and achieve viral impact.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience editing short‑form content for Instagram or TikTok, with a portfolio of published reels showing strong engagement.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, able to interpret creator briefs and communicate effectively.
• Expert‑level proficiency in CapCut; experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Must work on macOS and demonstrate a professional‑grade workflow.
