Remote Reels Editor (Short‑Form Video)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Reels Editor to craft short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok and podcast platforms. Working 100% remotely, you will turn raw creator footage into scroll‑stopping reels that align with each creator’s brand voice and audience expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form reels and podcast clips from raw creator content, adding captions, filters and pacing to maximize engagement.
• Identify viral moments and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each creator’s personality.
• Ensure all edits meet platform compliance standards (framing, audio levels, age‑appropriate content).
• Collaborate with the creative team, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly to achieve viral impact.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience editing short‑form content for Instagram or TikTok, with a portfolio of published reels showing strong engagement.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, able to interpret creator briefs and communicate effectively.
• Professional workflow on macOS, demonstrating commitment to high‑quality production.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with CapCut.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong video editing, captioning and pacing skills on macOS.
