Remote Recruitment Manager for LATAM

About the role

Valatam is looking for a bilingual Recruitment Manager to lead its remote recruitment function for Latin America. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring strategy, drive team performance, and ensure high‑quality candidate pipelines for both high‑volume and specialized roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Recruitment team, set performance standards and hold the team accountable for hiring outcomes.
• Design and execute full‑cycle recruitment strategies aligned with company hiring targets.
• Validate hiring requests, prioritize searches, and assign recruiters based on urgency, complexity and capacity.
• Oversee high‑volume and specialized hiring, conduct second‑round interviews and approve candidates for client introduction.
• Develop and optimise sourcing channels, talent pipelines, partnerships and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, funnel conversion, cost‑per‑hire and recruiter performance; identify bottlenecks and improve time‑to‑hire and candidate quality.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, pipeline hygiene, activity tracking and forecasting.
• Report recruitment performance, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and bilingual Spanish/Portuguese.
• 2+ years managing recruitment teams in staffing, BPO or outsourcing.
• 2‑5 years designing and executing full‑cycle recruitment strategies.
• Proven experience with high‑conversion sourcing, mass recruitment and specialized hiring.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Quiet home office, stable internet connection and backup connectivity.
