Remote React Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote React Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. The position is fully asynchronous, allowing you to work up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Experience with React or front‑end development frameworks.
