Remote Project Manager – Digital Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager / Operations PM to lead the launch and execution of a new digital project for a client. The role is fully remote and requires strong overlap with US Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project execution from setup through launch across multiple workstreams.
• Track tasks, owners, deadlines, blockers and next steps using project management tools.
• Support platform setup, account verification, domain coordination and landing page development.
• Collaborate with creative, content, marketing and paid media teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain clear documentation, trackers and operational processes.
• Identify and escalate blockers early to keep the project on schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations or digital marketing environments.
• Proven experience coordinating digital projects in startups, agencies or fast‑moving teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organization, follow‑up and ability to work independently in ambiguous settings.

Required skills

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Trello or Asana.
