Remote Operator – Patient Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Remote Operator to provide high‑quality phone support to patients of a U.S. medical practice. The position is fully remote and based in Venezuela, working according to New York business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls courteously and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
• Provide general information about services and send appointment reminders.
• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage for medical equipment.
• Accurately record and update patient information in internal systems.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, medical office support, or a call‑center environment (preferred).
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
• Ability to multitask, show empathy, and maintain professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, data entry).
