About the role
We are looking for a Remote Leasing Assistant to provide high‑quality administrative support to our property management team. You will work from home, handling lease documentation, tenant communications, and coordinating with landlords.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and send lease agreements using DocuSign.
- Communicate with tenants via phone calls and messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with remote landlords to resolve leasing issues.
- Perform typical property‑management office tasks such as record‑keeping and data entry.
- Utilize project‑management and CRM tools to track workflow.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
- Professional attitude with strong ethical standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset for problem‑solving and risk identification.
- Detail‑oriented and reliable in following instructions.
