Remote Frontend Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this role you will review and evaluate AI‑generated code, rate AI responses, and create coding challenges to improve model performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, suitable for junior to senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code written by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses across dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely and asynchronously.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
