Remote Bookkeeper (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join West Sea Kitchens remotely. In this full‑time position you will own end‑to‑end accounting processes, ensuring financial accuracy and providing operational insight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable from start to finish.
• Prepare, issue and follow up on invoices to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly reporting.
• Organise operational and sales data to aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and familiar with invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and reconciliation techniques.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
