About the role

Valatam is seeking a motivated Remote Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Associate to support a growing U.S.-based client. The role combines inbound and outbound customer interaction with sales conversion, offering strong commission potential and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate prospects on services, procedures, and solutions while creating a positive experience.
• Convert qualified sales opportunities into booked services, meeting close‑rate metrics.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures, and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve performance goals and KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3‑4 years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, customer success, or business development.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and KPI‑driven mindset.
• Availability for rotating 8‑hour shifts (40 hours/week), including possible weekends.
• Quiet, professional home workspace with required hardware.
