Remote Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Assistant (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based client. You will interact with customers in English and Spanish, delivering exceptional service while driving sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate prospects on services, procedures, and solutions, creating a positive experience.
• Convert qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities into booked services, meeting performance metrics.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures, and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve KPIs, customer‑satisfaction targets, and performance goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call‑center, customer success, or business development.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and KPI‑driven mindset.
• Available for rotating 8‑hour shifts (40 hours/week), including possible weekends.
• Reliable home office with laptop (2010+), 8 GB RAM, 50 Mbps internet (backup connection), and a quiet professional workspace.
