Remote Backend Developer – AI Training Program

About the role

We are seeking remote Backend Developers to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses, and create coding challenges to help improve model performance. The work is fully asynchronous, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week according to project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience – junior, mid‑level, or senior.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.
