Remote Backend Developer – AI Code Review & Training

About the role

We are seeking remote Backend Developers to join a paid AI training program focused on improving code‑generation models. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating its quality, and creating coding challenges that help the models learn.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
