Remote Back-End Java Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Back-End Java Developer to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of AI models. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for engineers looking for project‑based remote opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for correctness, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
