Remote Accounting Analyst

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Remote Accounting Analyst and become the primary internal contact for the company's financial information. You will have full visibility of transactions and will support decision‑making by ensuring accurate accounting data.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and verify cost‑center allocations.
• Compile and prepare financial statements.
• Register accruals and apply corrections in the accounting system.
• Generate reports that support strategic decisions.
• Participate in monthly closing cycles and help develop the accounting framework.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
