Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will guide a large team of recruitment leaders, develop innovative hiring strategies, and ensure the process aligns with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 talent‑acquisition leaders.
• Design and implement new hiring strategies and initiatives that improve employee well‑being.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep recruitment processes current and effective.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary settings.
• Use data analysis to continuously refine recruiting and staffing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in talent acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
