About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function for its global, fully‑remote workforce. You will shape hiring strategies, oversee a large team of recruiters, and ensure the process aligns with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of over 50 recruitment leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies and employee‑well‑being initiatives.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and effective.
• Monitor KPIs, metrics, and salary settings; analyze data to improve recruiting outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced level of English.
