Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will guide a large team of recruitment leaders, shape hiring strategies, and ensure the process aligns with the company’s fast‑growing business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and business‑focused.
• Track, analyze and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously refine recruiting and staffing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders in a recruitment environment.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (highly desirable).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced level of English.
