Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will guide a large team of recruitment leaders, shape hiring strategies, and ensure processes align with the company’s rapid growth and global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders across multiple regions.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and business‑aligned.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Continuously refine recruitment workflows based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders in a talent acquisition or recruiting environment.
• Hands‑on management style with a proactive, results‑oriented approach.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
