Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing initiatives. This fully remote position will work closely with the recruiting, operations, and client services teams to ensure the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify detailed profile information for each vacancy.
• Partner with the recruiting department to source and identify qualified candidates.
• Present candidate profiles to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to uncover cross‑selling and farming opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to staffing and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
• Effective prioritisation and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of direct recruitment experience.
