About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing and Partnership Management Coordinator to streamline our procurement processes and deepen relationships with strategic partners. You will act as the central point for supplier interactions, ensuring that acquisitions are efficient, transparent, and aligned with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative operations related to acquisitions, guaranteeing efficiency.
• Implement procurement methodologies that enhance effectiveness and transparency.
• Manage and nurture relationships with local, regional, and international suppliers.
• Identify new opportunities with overseas vendors and subcontractors.
• Establish and consolidate mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure optimal value for the company.
• Validate the technical suitability of suppliers against project requirements.
• Oversee onboarding of new collaborators, including contract formalization and NDA management.
• Transform supplier relationships into long‑term strategic collaborations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or similar roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
