Project Development Senior Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Project Development Senior Advisor to lead strategic, high‑impact mature asset development initiatives for Baker Hughes. The role integrates subsurface, surface and commercial expertise to drive value‑creating field management solutions for operators and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute field development strategies that deliver value within contractual frameworks.
• Integrate engineering disciplines—from subsurface to surface—with product lines, sales, commercial, operations, finance and third‑party partners.
• Develop and secure high‑value field management or integrated solutions projects aligned with long‑term corporate goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, internal teams and executive leadership.
• Lead, mentor and motivate cross‑functional teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify integration and delivery risks, create mitigation plans and ensure project objectives are met.
• Establish processes that streamline integration, improve efficiency and support scalable growth.
• Define KPIs, reporting mechanisms and monitor progress to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of development support experience and 10+ years in asset management within oil and gas E&P.
• Proven project‑management track record leading multi‑disciplinary teams and securing complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple product lines or business functions in a large organization.
• Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking and stakeholder‑management skills.
