Process Automation Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Process Automation Associate to help streamline workflows and support operational efficiency. The role is fully remote and involves working with data, automation tools, and system integrations to reduce manual effort across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of automation scripts.
• Create and maintain database queries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Build integrations between systems using automation platforms.
• Automate workflows between APIs, databases, and internal tools.
• Organize and analyze data using spreadsheets.
• Document integrations, automations, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience with data integration or process automation.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming for automation tasks.
• Experience with automation or integration platforms.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets for data manipulation.
• Understanding of APIs.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Python (nice to have).
• ETL processes or data pipelines.
• Webhooks and API integrations.
• Version control systems such as Git.
• AI tools.
• Spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
