Power Generation Sales Representative - Gas Services

About the role

The Power Generation Sales Representative – Gas Services will be the primary liaison between Siemens Energy and key customers in the power‑generation sector across Venezuela. You will reactivate and grow long‑term relationships, support commercial strategies and identify new service opportunities while ensuring contract execution excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Build, rebuild and maintain strategic relationships with power‑generation customers.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
• Communicate service performance, contract obligations, scope changes and improvement initiatives.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and new business opportunities in gas services.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, supply‑chain, finance and other functions to deliver timely, high‑quality service.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals and risk management in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical fields or related discipline (Master’s/MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, rotating equipment, project management or sales with strong exposure to the Venezuelan energy market.
• Proven track record managing key accounts and long‑term service contracts.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Venezuelan market, customers and industry dynamics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and native or fully fluent Spanish.
• Strong people‑management, leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
