Pest Control Technician – Commercial (Will Train)

About the role

Join Orkin’s Commercial Department as a Pest Control Technician and start a career protecting businesses from pests. No prior experience is required – you’ll receive award‑winning training and a company vehicle to serve customers on a designated route.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a daily route schedule, arriving safely and on time at each customer location.
• Inspect interior and exterior of commercial properties to identify pest issues.
• Apply appropriate treatments and document all service actions using a handheld device.
• Communicate with customers, explain actions taken, and recommend additional services.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the company vehicle and equipment.

Required profile

• Strong focus on safety and professionalism.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide empathetic solutions.
• Willingness to learn and complete comprehensive training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Required skills

• Basic use of handheld digital devices for documentation.
• Safe operation of a company vehicle.
