About the role

Join a leading retail brand as a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate, delivering fast, friendly service while ensuring smooth point‑of‑sale operations. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find what they need and completing transactions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer product questions, and promote services.
• Operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and process various payment methods.
• Execute point‑of‑sale and customer‑service standards consistently and courteously.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and loyalty goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper merchandise disposition and POS procedures.
• Support training of new hires on best practices and POS tools.
• Participate in daily service tasks such as register balancing, change orders, and supply replenishment.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
