Outside Services Attendant

About the role

The Outside Services Attendant provides exceptional customer service to members and guests at a private club, supporting golf operations through bag handling, cart preparation, and range management. This role ensures that all outside services run smoothly, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable golfing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading, unloading, and preparing bags for play.
• Answer member questions, offer etiquette guidance, and provide post‑round support such as cleaning clubs and delivering them to cars.
• Marshal and stage golf carts, assign them to players, track usage, and ensure carts are clean, functional, and inspected for damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, parking lot, and pro‑shop entrance.
• Set up and stock practice areas with range balls and equipment for daily use.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to deliver efficient service.
• Complete daily assignments, keep work areas to club standards, and assist with additional tasks as needed.
