OSHA Trainer

About the role

Terra-Development Organisation Ltd. is seeking a full‑time OSHA Trainer to join its team in Ciudad Ojeda, Zulia. You will lead comprehensive safety training programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and fostering a culture of workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver OSHA training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards.
• Provide expert consultation to improve safety practices across the organization.
• Stay current with changes to OSHA regulations and integrate updates into training material.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting training outcomes and compliance status.

Required profile

• Certification on OSHA #511 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry.
• At least five (5) years of safety and health experience in general industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong instructional, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
