Operational Governance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a detail‑oriented Operational Governance Auditor to evaluate post‑sales client interactions and ensure compliance with governance standards. This fully remote position supports the Client Services team by identifying risks, missed opportunities, and process deviations that could affect client satisfaction and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Audit client‑facing interactions such as calls, meetings, follow‑ups, and CRM updates for adherence to governance standards.
• Document and communicate risks, opportunities, and deviations in clear, structured reports.
• Track audit outcomes, detect recurring patterns, and contribute to trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Governance leadership and operational teams to clarify findings and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven experience in audit roles, preferably within post‑sales operations.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to analyze complex situations with a business‑oriented mindset.
