MEP BIM Modeler – Revit & Navisworks Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models for US‑based construction projects. The successful candidate will use Revit and Navisworks to produce high‑quality BIM deliverables while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models in Revit according to project standards and LOD requirements.
• Create coordinated MEP system models and participate in clash detection using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure model accuracy.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to generate construction documents and coordination deliverables.
• Maintain BIM standards, project workflows, and assist in resolving constructability issues.
• Communicate professionally in English during meetings and written correspondence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Experience on US construction projects is preferred.
• Professional‑level English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
