Marketing Operations Partner (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Operations Partner to work remotely with senior leadership. The role focuses on driving high‑impact marketing projects, ensuring alignment across teams, and supporting strategic initiatives that shape the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution and follow‑up of cross‑functional marketing projects, guaranteeing accountability and timely delivery.
• Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing Operations function to maintain business continuity.
• Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting systems for improved efficiency and visibility.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, including team members, internal clients, and senior marketing leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as strategic consulting, high‑growth startups, or top‑tier multinational corporations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
