About the role

As a Marketing Operations Partner you will work directly with senior leadership to drive high‑impact marketing initiatives, ensure cross‑functional alignment, and support the growth of the organization. This remote position offers full visibility across teams and the chance to develop into a strategic leadership role within marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution and follow‑up of cross‑functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing Operations function, maintaining business continuity and a high‑performance execution rhythm.
• Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, including team members, internal clients, and senior marketing leadership, to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as strategic consulting, fast‑growing startups, scale‑ups, or top‑tier multinational corporations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
