Marketing Generalist

About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a Marketing Generalist to support its fast‑growing online education platform. The role blends hands‑on execution with strategic support, allowing the candidate to work on website updates, email campaigns, analytics, and design assets on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Update and edit website content, images, and layout in WordPress.
• Create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Maintain lead and campaign data within Salesforce CRM.
• Design marketing collateral such as social graphics, one‑pagers, presentations, and email templates using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Build and format PowerPoint decks for sales, leadership, and internal communication.
• Monitor and report on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Assist with setup, monitoring, and reporting of paid digital campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms.
• Support broader marketing activities including content creation, brand consistency, sales enablement, internal communications, and event coordination.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience (internships count).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• WordPress website editing.
• Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads.
