Marketing Director

About the role

Fausto Commercial is looking for a proactive, independent Marketing Director to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies that elevate the brand and drive business growth. The role requires a creative thinker who can take initiatives from concept to execution without waiting for direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead innovative marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
• Operate autonomously to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team, setting clear tasks, timelines, and priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership and brokers to align marketing efforts with business goals and property needs.
• Manage broker support, property‑specific marketing plans, and lead generation.
• Oversee digital campaigns (paid search, social, SEO/SEM, programmatic) and use analytics/A‑B testing to improve performance.
• Manage CRM tools, automation platforms, and incorporate AI to streamline processes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and lead storytelling for the brokerage and its foundation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring ideas to life.
• Proven experience leading strategy and managing a team.
• Results‑oriented problem‑solver comfortable using AI and automation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
