Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Tecbound Technology, a growing IT and cybersecurity firm, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to execute digital and offline campaigns, strengthen corporate and CEO branding, and support business growth across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives on LinkedIn, Google Ads, email platforms and other channels.
• Manage Tecbound’s and the CEO’s social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn.
• Oversee external agencies, designers and vendors to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.
• Prepare, schedule and review marketing content such as reels, carousels, blog posts and newsletters.
• Support offline initiatives including direct mail, printed campaigns, events and telemarketing.
• Assist with prospect list building, lead‑generation and CRM management in collaboration with Sales.
• Track marketing KPIs and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Advanced written and spoken English.
• 2–3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or campaign execution, preferably B2B.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and results‑driven with strong ownership.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and ability to work independently.
