LLM Engineer (Software Developer) - Remote

About the Role

Join a cutting-edge AI training program as an LLM Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence. Main Missions

• Review and evaluate code generated by AI models to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Rate AI responses based on strict criteria including accuracy, instruction following, and overall quality.
• Develop complex programming challenges and questions to rigorously test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, logical errors, and inconsistencies in AI-produced code following structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to drive continuous model improvement.

Profile Required

• Software Engineers of any level (Junior, Intermediate, or Senior).
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust).
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to follow complex technical guidelines.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the supported Latin American countries.
