About the role

As a Sales Leader you will head a team of field sales representatives, ensuring the sales strategy is executed and annual KPIs are met for the assigned territory. You will act as the bridge between the market, customers and internal stakeholders to drive growth for Mondelēz International’s snack portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate the sales team while coordinating training with the sales capability team.
• Create and oversee an annual business unit plan to achieve channel revenue targets and provide regular reporting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enable best‑in‑industry execution of product categories.
• Collaborate with account, category, activation, sales capability and finance teams to maximize return across the area.
• Coach the team on category insights and tools to influence customer decisions and meet the annual plan.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of the market and routes‑to‑market where Mondelēz operates.
• Proven experience in sales and leading a sales team.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
