Learning Experience Partner (Remote)

About the role

As a Learning Experience Partner at BairesDev, you will design, manage, and report on onboarding programs delivered through our Learning Management System. You will act as a strategic advisor to business units, leveraging modern authoring tools and AI‑driven solutions to create scalable learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor onboarding operations within the LMS using contemporary authoring tools.
• Maintain and optimize the full learning technology stack, including LMS/LXP platforms and AI‑Studio.
• Create, update, and curate high‑quality learning content for adult learners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze usage data and report on program effectiveness and business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning, talent development, or related people‑facing roles.
• Proven track record measuring the business impact of onboarding or training programs.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS/LXP administration and instructional design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
