Learning Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Learning Content Developer to create engaging, data‑driven learning experiences for its Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely, you will blend instructional design expertise with technology to transform complex recruitment processes into micro‑learnings, courses, simulations, and workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce micro‑learnings, courses, workshops, simulations, and quizzes tailored to recruiters’ needs.
• Convert technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning content.
• Build role‑based learning paths that support skill progression across seniority levels.
• Track and report training effectiveness using completion rates, satisfaction scores, and post‑training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Documentation, Enablement, and Content Design teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of all learning materials.

Required profile

• Experience in IT or technology‑adjacent environments.
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with LMS platforms (e.g., EdApp) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Ability to analyse training data to measure impact.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
