Junior Analyst – Temporary Personnel Services

About the role

Join Mondelēz International in Caracas as a Junior Analyst supporting Temporary Personnel Services. You will partner with senior HR leaders to implement policy, drive change initiatives, and provide strategic workforce guidance across the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior People Lead in defining and executing global and local HR policies and change programs.
• Collaborate with function heads and middle managers to develop and deliver functional priorities and strategic plans.
• Leverage HR data analytics to inform business decisions, translate insights into actionable plans, and support operational processes.
• Monitor and communicate local legal and regulatory updates to People Services.
• Advise on talent management activities, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility.
• Support works council relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and agreements.

Required profile

• Junior HR professional with generalist experience, preferably within FMCG/CPG.
• Strong partnership skills with functional leaders and ability to influence change.
• Proactive, data‑driven mindset with a focus on business impact.
• Interest in developing a career in HR and talent management.

Required skills

• Data analysis for HR metrics and reporting.
• Understanding of HR policies, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of local labor regulations and works council processes.
