IT Project Specialist

About the role

ProperProper is seeking an organized and proactive IT Project Specialist to drive internal technology initiatives and operational improvements. You will act as the bridge between technical and non‑technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor internal IT projects, maintaining timelines and deliverables.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and produce regular status reports.
• Assist with troubleshooting, system support, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain project workflows, internal procedures, and communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or IT operations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
