IoT Software Engineer (Python/Linux) – Remote

About the role

Join a global technology leader to design and operate secure remote‑access platforms for a large fleet of autonomous vehicles. You will work on infrastructure that scales from hundreds to tens of thousands of vehicles, tackling challenges at the intersection of IoT, security, and distributed systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure remote‑access infrastructure for autonomous vehicle fleets.
• Develop scalable networking solutions and role‑based authentication mechanisms.
• Automate hardware test benches and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure rapid recovery, regression testing, and continuous monitoring across the fleet.
• Manage OTA updates and perform deep Linux administration on remote Ubuntu servers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands‑on experience with IoT fleet management.
• Deep knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) administration, including OTA update processes.
• Advanced English communication skills.
